Homework Assignments

Thank you to those who turned their homework assignments in on time. Just a few things to remember when submitting homework:

1. Please send your assignment as an attachment and not an email. It makes the assignment easier to edit and return with comments.

2. Please include the question in the answer.

For example: Explain the development of common law.

Common law is law developed by judges through decisions of courts and similar groups rather than through legislative statute or executive branch action. It is also know as precedent or case law.

3. Most importantly, please use complete sentences and check grammar, spelling, and punctuation. All these things may adversely affect your grade. This is a senior level course; I expect your best quality work.
